Continuous Enrollment

Wesleyan is blessed with an annual retention rate of 95%!!  With such a high number of returning students, we implemented the continuous enrollment process to make re-enrollment easy and efficient.

Frequently Asked Questions

Continuous Enrollment is the process of automatically re-enrolling current students from year to year until graduation.  This annual process takes place in mid-January, and the nonrefundable continuous enrollment fee is withdrawn from each child’s account in mid-February.

The Admissions Office and Registrar’s Office will automatically re-enroll all eligible TK-11th-grade students by January 15. The school will email our families any important policy changes or updates and post the information on our Continuous Enrollment webpage. Updates and changes can include:

  • New tuition rates and fees
  • New school policies and procedures
  • How to change your contact information and your preferred tuition payment plan
  • How to register for Wesleyan’s After-School Program

The Student Accounts Office will draft the nonrefundable continuous enrollment fee (per child) from your account by February 15. Families with three or more children enrolled will only be billed for two children.

All currently enrolled TK-11th-grade students in good academic, behavioral, and financial standing are eligible to return to Wesleyan for the following year.

If you have a question about your child(ren)’s academic or behavioral eligibility, please contact your School Principal.

If you have a question about your child(ren)’s financial eligibility, please contact Maria Graver, Student Accounts Coordinator, at (336) 884-3333 x.217.

The continuous enrollment fee is $275 per student.  The non-refundable fee will be automatically drafted from your account on February 15.  Wesleyan families with three or more children enrolled will only pay for two children. Payment of this fee helps procure the necessary supplies and personnel based on your child’s enrollment.

If your child(ren) will not return to Wesleyan next year, you must complete the School Withdrawal form by February 1 to avoid being charged the fee. Students withdrawing after February 1 will forfeit this fee.

JANUARY 1: Financial Aid Applications Open! Current Wesleyan families interested in applying or reapplying for FACTS Tuition Assistance can submit their online application to FACTS Financial Aid.

FEBRUARY 1: Early Withdrawal Deadline! If your family is NOT returning to Wesleyan next year, please complete the School Withdrawal Form by February 1 to avoid being charged the nonrefundable continuous enrollment fee.

FEBRUARY 15: Continuous Enrollment Fee Drafted! The Student Accounts Office will automatically draft the fee from your account.  Families with three or more enrolled children will only be charged for two children.

JUNE 1: Late Withdrawal Deadline! Parents withdrawing a child after June 1 will be required to pay the portion of the school year completed in addition to a minimum of one quarter’s tuition.  This policy is necessary due to Wesleyan’s commitments to personnel, supplies, curriculum, and materials based on your child(ren)’s enrollment.  Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.

NC Opportunity Scholarship Program

NC Educational Savings Account (ESA+)

Enroll your TK – 5th-grade child(ren) in our After-School Program by completing our online registration form.

Please note: The after-school program you select will be effective for the entire school year. Changes in your programming needs can only be made quarterly unless approved by the administration.

Upon your initial admission to Wesleyan Christian Academy, all TK-12 parents and all 5-12 students electronically signed Wesleyan’s Continuous Enrollment Agreement.  Your electronic signature on these forms remains valid and legally binding until you graduate or withdraw from Wesleyan.

Wesleyan Christian Academy occasionally updates our Continuous Enrollment Agreement with important new policies.  We will notify you of these changes whenever this occurs and provide you with a copy of the updated agreement.  You can also download a copy of your Continuous Enrollment Agreement here and keep a copy for your records.  Returning to Wesleyan the following year indicates your agreement with these new policies.

We understand that circumstances change for a few families every year. If you do not plan on returning next year, please complete the School Withdrawal Form by February 1 to avoid being charged the nonrefundable continuous enrollment fee.

Late Withdrawal Policy: Parents withdrawing students after June 1 will be required to pay the portion of the school year completed in addition to a minimum of one quarter’s tuition.  This policy is necessary due to Wesleyan’s commitments to personnel, supplies, curriculum, and materials based on your child’s enrollment.  Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.
