Helpful Resources for Wesleyan Parents
Family Portal
Wesleyan’s Family Portal allows access to various services that help you stay informed about your child’s academic journey. You can view grades, attendance records, and assignments through the Family Portal. You can also manage tuition payments, add money to a lunch account, and log student service hours.
ATTENTION parents of high school seniors!! It is time to reserve your senior ad space in the 2024-2025 Pine Burr (Wesleyan’s annual Yearbook). Ad space is limited, so don’t delay! Wadsworth has options to fit almost every budget! Reserve your ad space by clicking on the button below!
To aid our new and returning families in preparing for a new school year, Wesleyan Christian Academy created a page called Back to School Resources that houses all of your start of school information, including academic calendars, school supply lists, summer reading, immunization information, important orientation dates, and so much more.
Parent involvement is key to fostering a strong, supportive community for our students. Your participation enriches your child’s school experience and strengthens the bonds within our school family. Please visit our Parent Involvement page to see some of our involvement opportunities.
Any parent wishing to volunteer in the classroom, on field trips, or provide transportation to off-campus events will be required to complete a background check.
To do so, please complete and submit Wesleyan’s Parent Volunteer Form as directed. You and Wesleyan will be notified of your approval status. Once you’ve completed a background check for this year, it will be valid for two years.

Lunch Money can be added to your child’s account by logging in to the Family Portal, then clicking on the Financial tab.

Wesleyan’s app provides an additional means of accessing important information. You can download the app by scanning the QR Code below, or by visiting the Apple Store or Google Play.
